How much does it cost?

FREE ‘SUPERSAVER’ DELIVERIES Larger orders are delivered free. You can build up to a larger order over a week with our weekly order builder.
WEEKLY ORDER BUILDER Set up a fixed day each week for deliveries. Then build up to a free Supersaver delivery by topping up your order over the week.
ADDING TO ORDERS Forgotten something? You can add to any order being despatched in a day up to 6pm
JUST IN TIME DELIVERIES (UK ONLY) Don’t pay until you need to. Reserve stock up to a month in advance of agreed despatch date, and pay for it once despatched. Please build in 2 days buffer just in case carrier has problem.

YOUR LOCAL ‘TRADE COUNTER’ (UK Mainland only). You can collect from any Tuffnells depot Visit www.tuffnells.co.uk to find the most convenient depot.
PREMIUM SERVICE:
HOME OR SITE DELIVERIES (UK MAINLAND ONLY): deliveries can be made to an ad hoc address between 9am and 5pm for a small premium. A signature is required and deliveries should be checked before signing.
What Happens If…?
YOU’RE NOT IN – Tuffnells will leave a Service Advice Card for you to contact them to make alternative arrangements.
WE’RE LATE - Just call us and we will track down your parcel.
WE’RE OUT OF STOCK Part orders – all ‘remains’ ie parts of the order which may not be in stock, are delivered free (except for IOM, Jersey & Guernsey, where we ask you to ‘reorder’ when placing next order)
I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING If it’s our fault we collect f.o.c.
If it’s not our fault we collect, but there is a charge of £15 or 15% whichever is the greater. We will credit your account if the goods can be put back into stock.
