Attaching your document:

  1. If you don't have a document already saved to your computer, in most cases you're able to use our optional template document. If a template exists, 'Optional Template Document' will appear near the top of the page. Click the underlined template name to download. Once downloaded, this can be completed and saved to your computer.
  2. Under the 'Upload File' section, click the "Select File' button to find and select your file.
  3. 'Currently Uploaded File' will display the name of the file which is currently uploaded. To change the file, click the 'Select File' button to re-select.
  4. Once your file is attached, you may navigate back the the basket in the normal way or click the 'Back' button to return back to the previous page.
